Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee - Street Party Packs.

West Bedlington Town Council has 100 Street Party Packs available free of charge to Jubilee Street Party organisers in the West Bedlington Town Council catchment area.

Each Party pack contains:

• 24 x Balloons
• 50 x Cocktail Picks with flags
• 1 x Flag
• 12 x Hand Flags
• 1 x Banner
• 10m Bunting

If you would like to apply for a free Jubilee Party Pack please email jubilee.wbtc@gmail.com detailing your name and address with full your post code.

Please note applications cannot be made in any other way.

Applications must be made by no later than Friday 20th May 2022

If there are more than 100 qualifying applications a draw will take place to identify 100 successful applicants.

If you are successful you will be notified via email and invited to collect the party pack from Bedlington Community Centre on Wed - Fri 25th to 27th May between 10am and 5.30pm

Application Conditions

Your street party must be in The Town Council's catchment area - we will not accept applications from other areas.

Initially there will be a limit of only one pack per Party Organiser (one per street).

If there are more than 100 applications - a draw will identify 100 successful applicants.

If there are less than 100 applications - then successful applicants can ask for additional packs on a first come basis.

Packs can only be collected on the days and times specified
